Terms of Service

  1. 1. Who we are

    Sofie is a product of Brightr Agency Ltd, a managed AI services company in London, United Kingdom. Companies House number 16863645. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office. Our registered address is 142 Wulfstan Street, London W12 0AD.

  2. 2. What we provide

    Depending on the package you choose, we provide AI phone answering 24/7, WhatsApp, webchat and email handling, Google Business Profile and review management, spam and cold call filtering, the Sofie app, which is available on the Partner package, and website services as a separate add-on.

  3. 3. Pricing and payment

    Essential is £197 a month, Active is £349 a month, and Partner is £497 a month. Setup is normally £297 and is free as a launch promotion until 31 August 2026. The free setup covers Sofie only and does not cover website builds.

    We take your card at signup and charge nothing. Billing starts on the day Sofie goes live, not before. Monthly fees are charged in advance each month through Stripe.

  4. 4. No minimum term

    There is no minimum commitment. Membership is rolling monthly and can be cancelled at any time with 30 days written notice to contact@brightragency.com. If you cancel, you owe nothing further.

  5. 5. Our promises

    If you are not happy in your first 30 days from your first payment, we refund every penny, in full, with no forms and no arguments. If Sofie is not bringing you bookings, we keep working on her, free, until she does.

  6. 6. Changes

    Active and Partner include one free change per month. Additional changes are £49 each. Unused changes do not roll over.

  7. 7. Your responsibilities

    Provide accurate business information at onboarding, grant manager access to your Google Business Profile when we request it, respond to onboarding messages within 5 business days, and tell us about significant changes to your business.

  8. 8. What is not included

    Paid advertising or Google Ads, social media management, booking system integration with third party platforms, which is available as a custom project, website builds, which are quoted separately, and anything not listed in your package.

  9. 9. Failed payments

    If a payment fails we try again after 3 days. If it is still outstanding after 7 days, services may be paused until payment is received.

  10. 10. Confidentiality

    We treat all client business information as confidential and do not share it with third parties except where needed to deliver your services.

  11. 11. Intellectual property

    AI agent configurations, prompts and workflows created by us remain our intellectual property during the active membership. Websites built under the website add-on become the client's property once paid in full.

  12. 12. Limitation of liability

    We are not liable for loss of revenue from technical issues with third party platforms, missed calls during maintenance, or indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding month.

  13. 13. Changes to these terms

    We may update these terms with 30 days notice.

  14. 14. Governing law

    These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
