What is Sofie?

Sofie is your front desk. She answers your phone, WhatsApp, webchat and email, day and night. She books appointments, takes messages and filters out spam, so you never lose a customer because nobody was there to answer.

How long until she is live?

Live in 7 days. We set her up, connect your channels and get her answering, usually within a week of you signing up.

Do I need any technical knowledge?

None at all. We do everything. You touch nothing. We set Sofie up, connect her, and manage her for you.

Do I have to change my phone number?

No. Your numbers stay exactly the same. Sofie works alongside what you already have.

Does Sofie replace my receptionist or my team?

No. Sofie works alongside your team and covers what they miss, the calls when everyone is busy, the messages at night, the enquiries that would otherwise go unanswered.

What does fully managed mean?

It means we handle all of it. Setup, training, changes and the day to day running. You have a dedicated specialist who knows your business, not a support queue.

What channels does Sofie handle?

Phone and bookings on every plan. On Active and Partner she also handles WhatsApp, webchat and email, and manages your Google profile and reviews.

Can I make changes after she is live?

Yes. Active and Partner include one free change every month. Extra changes are £49 each.

When do I start paying?

You pay nothing until Sofie is live. We take your card when you sign up and charge nothing that day. Billing starts on the day she goes live, not before.

Is there a contract or a minimum term?

No. There is no minimum term. It is rolling monthly and you can cancel any time with 30 days notice. If you leave, you owe nothing.

What if I am not happy?

If you are not happy in your first 30 days, you get every penny back. No forms, no arguments.

What if Sofie is not bringing me bookings?

If she is not bringing you bookings, we keep working on her, free, until she does.

How much does it cost?

Essential is £197 a month, Active is £349 a month, and Partner is £497 a month. Setup is normally £297 and is free until 31 August.

Is there a setup fee?

Setup is normally £297, and it is free as a launch promotion until 31 August. The free setup covers Sofie. Website builds are quoted separately.

Can Sofie build my website too?

Accepted Answer

Yes, as a separate add-on. £79 a month covers hosting, upkeep and monthly changes, and the build is quoted separately because every website is different. See the website page for more.
