    We collect the business contact details you give us at onboarding, such as your name, practice name, address, email, phone number and relevant business information. We also process the calls, messages, emails, webchat transcripts and booking data that pass through Sofie so she can answer and manage them for you. We collect website analytics when you browse this site.

  3. 3. Why we collect it and the lawful basis

    We process your data to deliver the services you have asked us to provide, which is necessary for our contract with you. We also use data to maintain, improve and secure Sofie, which is in our legitimate interest, and to meet legal obligations such as accounting and tax records.

  4. 4. Who we share it with

    We do not sell your data. We share it only with the trusted processors we need to run Sofie and this website: Retell AI, Twilio, ElevenLabs, OpenAI, Make.com, Stripe, Tally and Google. Each of these acts only on our instructions and has its own privacy and security measures.

  5. 5. Where data is stored and how long we keep it

    Your data is stored in secure cloud services based in the UK, the European Economic Area and the United States, with appropriate safeguards in place. We keep your data for as long as your membership is active, and for a reasonable period after cancellation to meet legal, support and accounting requirements. We delete or anonymise it when it is no longer needed.

  6. 6. Your rights under UK GDPR

    You have the right to access the data we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, ask us to delete it, move it to another service, object to certain uses, and withdraw your consent where we rely on it. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@brightragency.com. We will respond within one month.
